STG Intellectual Property & Commercial Use Disclosure

All artwork, digital designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, brand visuals, and creative works created or displayed by STG (“Artwork”) are original works protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, STG retains ownership and intellectual property rights to all original Artwork. Purchasing, commissioning, or receiving permission to use STG Artwork does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.

Business, Logo & Commercial Use Rights

Custom Artwork created for businesses, organizations, teams, events, brands, and other commercial purposes may be provided with exclusive usage rights through an approved written agreement.

Exclusive usage rights allow the approved client to use the Artwork for their business branding, marketing, promotional materials, products, merchandise, and other agreed-upon commercial purposes.

Exclusive use does not prevent STG from displaying completed work for portfolio, promotional, advertising, and self-marketing purposes, including use on the STG website, social media, and professional galleries.

Merchandise & Product Use

Clients may be granted permission to use STG Artwork on merchandise and products associated with their business, organization, team, or event when authorized.

Approved clients may profit from the sale of merchandise featuring licensed STG Artwork according to the terms established in their individual agreement. Specific permissions, limitations, and commercial rights will be defined on a project-by-project basis.

Future Commercial Opportunities

If an STG-created Artwork, logo, or brand asset becomes involved in a future business sale, acquisition, merger, licensing arrangement, or expanded commercial opportunity, additional licensing terms may be discussed and established through a separate written agreement.

Unauthorized Use

Any copying, reproduction, resale, distribution, modification, sublicensing, or commercial use of STG Artwork without written permission is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

STG Artwork may not be claimed as original work by another party, transferred to third parties, or used outside the approved purpose without authorization.

Ownership Statement

STG retains all intellectual property rights to original creative works unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

Commercial permission grants usage rights only and does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or creative assets.

By commissioning or using STG Artwork, clients acknowledge and agree to respect these intellectual property protections and the terms of any applicable licensing agreement.
